Location - excellent, near to other restaurants, travel tour agents, two 711 convenience stores, the nightlife in Chiang Mai and Chiang Mai and other hotels. Very efficient staff, brand-new and reasonably large rooms with a lovely balcony as well as the stain glass windows.

The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room itself was good-sized. A storage, an adjoining terrace and coffee were a nice touch

Very pleasant friendly hotel, did exactly what we needed it to do, stretching things maybe just a little bit to class it as 4 star but very comfortable and clean, it was very nice to have a balcony that was facing the sun in the evening! All staff where always helpfully and very friendly. Absolute first class buffet breakfast, even did some individual veggie rice for me, very very happy! Check out the little restaurant about 50 yards down on the same side as hotel, lovely lady, good food and comedy cheap, our tip doubled the cost of the meal and it wasnt a generous tip!
Wasnt much we didnt like about the hotel, the bathroom and other little parts had an unfinished appearance to them, but thats being a bit picky, the two free internet computers whilst very welcome where quite unreliable and difficult to log on to and had far too many mosquitos to keep you company while surfing and Im still bearing the lumps and bumps as I write, or maybe its just mossies just like to eat me!

We had a wonderful time at this relaxing hotel with its beautiful courtyard and surrounding koi fish. the room had a charming older style with stained glass windows and was cleaned daily. We especially appreciated the ample storage for our luggage. the balcony was a highlight, providing a lovely spot to observe the nature on the property, including a cute squirrel in the nearby tree. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short distance from cafes, temples, and a convenience store, making it easy to explore the area. the laundry facilities on site were also convenient. the bathrobes, slippers, and umbrellas provided in the room were a nice touch. The quick and efficient elevator was a bonus. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.

Plenty of excellent food. Incredible & new-fashioned room with storage, a patio, and a kettle. - Wonderful central location, right by Wat Phra Singh, the largest temple in Chiang Mai. - A fabulous hotel, my first choice in Chiang Mai.

Nice hotel with room facing the garden with small pool. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast is good.
Hotel is a little bit away from it all at the eastern end of old city but no mayor problem. However, at 70 EUR per room/night we found this too expensive for what you get.

The rooms are fantastic and each comes with your own balcony or front porch with two chairs. Feels very private. Our room was on the ground level with direct access to the pool. There is a koi fish moat in front of each of these ground floor suites which is a very cool thing to come home to each night. Front staff can book any excursions you are looking for in the area and have great suggestions. Free morning breakfast buffet has everything you need and staff is very attentive. Within walking distance to the Sunday night market, but far enough away from the touristy areas that you get a more authentic experience.
The temperature of the pool is pretty shockingly cool, but great for lounging until sunset. Pillows in the bedroom are a bit too hard for my liking.
